Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages, reporting to the CSA Manager.
* Oversee Site Safety with the Project Manager and CSA Manager, including setup, management, and close-out of safety files.
* Manage QA processes, ensuring subcontractors follow QA/QC procedures, performing due diligence on supervisors' checklists, and promoting engineering standards.
* Coordinate Project Schedule with CSA Manager, Project Manager, consulting engineers, and clients; ensure subcontractors meet or exceed baseline program.
* Report weekly on site events with commercial impact (deviations, variations, delays) to capture costs.
* Assist in managing design deliverables: review drawings, technical submissions, construction details, and ensure alignment between design and construction.
* Manage costs for the package, including subcontractors, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, site supervision team, and coordination between subcontractors.
* Manage subcontractor activities, track progress, and hold weekly minuted meetings covering EHS, design submissions, procurement, site coordination, quality control, program progress, commercial matters, and close-out.
* Maintain the snagging system and ensure weekly punch lists are distributed to subcontractors.
* Attend site, project, and coordination meetings, as well as handover meetings.
* Ensure close-out of all project items, including final account, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety and QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plans.
* Issue weekly reports covering orders, expected materials, labor levels, progress, risks, and delays.
* Schedule and track material deliveries according to project timelines.
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
* Maintain a weekly project photographic diary and verify supervisors' diaries and photo records.
* Assist with preparation and assessment of subcontract and supplier tender packages for technical compliance.
Essential Criteria:
* Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
* 5–10 years of relevant experience.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, and other computer applications.
* Proven track record in coordinating and managing large projects.
