As a Category Manager Auxiliary Equipment at DEME corporate procurement you will develop and implement category strategies that contribute to cost efficiency, service quality, and sustainability, in line with DEME's broader procurement objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams worldwide to achieve the best solutions and promote best practices within the organization. You will report to the Lead Category Manager "Shipyards, Machinery & Equipment" and lead a team of Category buyers and Operational buyers.
Payroll Administrator
As a Payroll Administrator, you will ensure that our payroll administration in our growing organization remains perfect. You will work in a team of 5 people based in Breda and carry out various payroll activities for our national, international and maritime employees.
Test Coordinator
The Test Coordinator leads and manages end-to-end testing activities across DEME’s digital initiatives. The role ensures structured planning, controlled execution, requirement traceability, and high‑quality outcomes across SIT, E2E, UAT, and Regression testing. The Test Coordinator acts as the central coordination point between Business, IT, Vendors, and Key Users to ensure smooth delivery and readiness for Go Live.
Vessel Certification & Documentation Manager
To manage the lifecycle of vessel certification and documentation for the DEME fleet, ensuring compliance with Class and Flag state requirements. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in classification societies or companies involved in class and flag survey coordination, and preferably with exposure to onboard survey activities.
SBP for Business
The SBP for business is the primary link between the assigned business unit or functional area and the Shared Service Teams. The main goal is to partner to develop Shared Services roadmaps, execute Service transitions, monitor, report & improve delivered services. The SBP will not only offer consulting services but will also participate in projects and initiatives. They need to communicate relevant updates (strategy, projects, initiatives, service performance, …) both to the SSC community and to the business units. They play a key role in sharing knowledge across the company and identify synergies related to all types of service delivery. In partnership, they identify opportunities to increase efficiency and/or business value.
Business Development Manager – Ports and Maritime Infrastructure
To support our expanding activities, DEME Concessions is strengthening its team with a Business Development Manager focused on the ports and maritime infrastructure market. In this role, you will be directly involved in multidisciplinary, international project development teams, contributing from early concept through to commercial operations. You will be primarily based at DEME’s HQ in Belgium, with flexibility regarding location and projects, and you will travel regularly on a fly‑in/fly‑out basis for short‑term international business trips.
Business Analyst – Ports, Marine Infrastructure & Offshore Wind
DEME Concessions is looking for a Business Analyst who will strengthen its development team, reporting to the General Managers. The Business Analyst will be based at the head office of the DEME Group, and be directly involved with multidisciplinary projects in ports, marine infrastructure and offshore wind developments. The Business Analyst must have a desire to work in international teams and have attention to detail. The analyst will be expected to be flexible in terms of location of projects and will need to travel frequently on a fly‑in/ fly‑out basis for short‑term business trips.
Project Controls Engineer
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will provide support for a project from contract award up to close. You are the one that plans the work and keeps an overview of the overall progress. Implementing tools and processes challenge you and you make sure that this implementation goes smoothly. Project Management Systems do not have any secrets for you. You understand core project controls knowledge areas (scheduling, risk management, cost control, project information management). Thinking out of the box and using innovative ways to improve the business processes are key elements in this job.
Junior Category Buyer – Accelerated Talent Program
As a Junior Category Buyer, you will engage in an accelerated talent program for young talents interested in starting their commercial career within Procurement. You will begin your career acting as an operational buyer processing purchase request, executing purchases and managing the buying process until successful delivery and payment. With successful performance during at least 18 months, you will develop into a category buyer where you will be executing more complex purchases, engaging into contracting, managing relationship with suppliers and developing sourcing strategies. You will report to a Category Manager within Shipyards and Machinery Equipment sector and work from our HQ in Zwijndrecht, Belgium and you will be assigned a member of the Procurement leadership team who will coach you through your first steps at DEME.
