Your role
As a Project Engineer in the Drug Delivery Systems department, you will play a crucial role in supporting development and qualification activities for primary packaging materials, dosing devices, and combination products on a global scale. You'll contribute to ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical packaging systems.
In this role you will play a key role in:
* Qualifying container closure systems (vials, bottles, bags, blisters, syringes, etc.) for new drug development programs.
* Defining qualification strategies and coordinating testing programs both internally and at external vendors (WVTR, extractables and leachable, container closure integrity, etc.).
* Creating specifications and gathering compliance information from suppliers.
* Writing protocols, reports, and scientific documents including development reports and risk assessments.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions meet regulatory requirements and product needs.
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related technical field.
* 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices, or related engineering field.
* Strong knowledge of qualification processes and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
* Independent working style with a proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
* Critical thinking skills and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
* Eagerness to learn and apply new concepts in pharmaceutical packaging development.
