Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy in your region and inspiring your global team to reach new heights.

* Business Development: Identify, prospect, and establish partnerships with museums, heritage libraries, cultural institutions, galleries, and relevant stakeholders.
* Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients in your region and internationally.
* Networking On & Offline: Increase visibility for CHARP within and outside your network, both in the real world and online.
* Sales Evolution: Achieve KPIs, surpass commercial targets, and closely monitor regional performance in the CRM, in line with company objectives.
* Market Insights & Innovation: Provide sales-driven regional and customer feedback for market insights to support R&D and product innovation strategies.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch and any other language are a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM, ERP systems, and business administration.
* At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or communications, preferably within the cultural, technological, or public sectors.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and results-driven.
* Excellent networking and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a creative hybrid/remote team environment.
* Knowledge of procurement procedures and public tenders is a strong advantage.
