🛠️ Your Role: Legal Counsel
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal and contractual support to operational and project teams, with a focus on public and private contracts in both domestic and international contexts. You will help secure the Group’s interests across the full project lifecycle.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
6. Draft and review legal and contractual documentation
7. Provide legal advice during contract negotiation phases
8. Oversee contract execution (customers and suppliers)
9. Handle legal aspects of public tenders and claims is a plus
10. Collaborate with the Group’s Commercial & Legal Department
11. Train internal teams on legal and contractual best practices
12. Implement contract management tools (RACI matrix, deviation lists, minutes, etc.)
13. Attend meetings with clients, partners, and suppliers to defend the Group’s contractual position
14. Support and coach local representatives and project teams in legal and negotiation matters
15. Knowledge of Intellectual Property and Experience with TradeMark AND Knowledge of intellectual property rights and experience in working with trademark and patent counsel is a plus.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, in close collaboration with legal, commercial, financial, and project teams.
You will report to the Head of Legal and collaborate with external legal partners and internal business stakeholders.
🧩 Your Profile
📚 Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
16. Master’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
17. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
18. Strong knowledge of public procurement and international contracts
19. Full proficiency in French, and good working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
20. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
21. Willingness to travel occasionally (10–15%)
