Job Description
As a German Customer Service Representative your responsibilities are:
* Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* Respond to emails, phone calls, and chat messages in German and English.
* Process customer orders and track shipments in the system.
* Assist in resolving complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes.
* Stay updated on company products and services to offer informed assistance.
In jouw rol als Junior Trade & Compliance (project 6 maanden) medewerker geef je ondersteuning aan het finance team. Je collega's bevinden zich in België en in de UK. Je werkt dus over de landsgrenzen samen. In deze rol geef je breed ondersteuning aan het team en krijg je de kans om te ontdekken hoe wereldwijde handelsprocessen echt in zijn werk gaan.

A Successful German Customer Service Representative Should Have
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
* A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
* An organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
* The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Je behaalde een hoger diploma (bij voorkeur binnen economie, supply chain of internationaal recht)
* Je hebt interesse in de internationale handelscontext
* Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar en staat open voor een boeiend project van 6 maanden
* Je spreekt vloeiend Engels, elke andere taal is een plus
