Overview


We wish to appoint a Lead Construction Scheduler on a Date Center project in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities


To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience of

1. Ensuring full and robust integration CM schedule phases
2. Liaise and work with Design and CQV Schedule teams
3. On-going review and implementation of CM schedule strategy as determined by CM management
4. Ensuring on-time delivery of schedule deliverables
5. Planning, preparation and facilitation of key schedule workshops and communications
6. Compilation and issue of weekly and monthly schedule progress reports & graphics
7. Management of progress updating interface with CM team weekly and monthly
8. On-going liaison with CM team regarding schedule issues
9. Attendance and input at CM progress meetings

Qualifications


You will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline at a minimum and will ideally have

10. 8 years’ experience in Planning / Scheduling, with at least 3 years’ experience on Bio-Pharmaceutical projects (ideally in a Construction Management Role)
11. Fluent English
12. Proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
13. Good communication & people skills
14. Good time management skills
15. Self-starter and decision maker
