Business Growth Manager
Becoming a Business Growth Manager at a leading manufacturer of high-quality chocolate and cocoa products requires a unique blend of skills and experience. This role involves working closely with industrial/regional customers or distributors to develop and maintain business relationships, ultimately driving innovation and extending the chain of business together. Key responsibilities include achieving business targets for assigned accounts, developing account plans, and proactively communicating with internal stakeholders regarding targets, customers, competition, and market information.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Food Science, or Sales & Marketing, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in Sales, preferably in Food or Food Service.
