Working in the Transformation Team Working in the Transformation Team means contributing to the strategic engine driving Wyre’s evolution. Our team is responsible for prioritizing all change initiatives and maintaining a clear, integrated overview of the full transformation portfolio. Next to this we design, optimize, implement and monitor all Business Processes. Through close collaboration, we align the interests of internal business owners, external delivery partners, customers, and shareholders, enabling coordinated decision‑making and impactful outcomes. Your Role as Manager of the Process Team As Manager of the Process Team, you support the prioritization of change requests, guide the Process Product Owners, ensure compliance with change governance, and confirm the overall Process Product roadmap. Roadmap Management You establish and maintain a strategic Process Product roadmap & Process framework and methodology for your team in line with Wyre’s strategy and ensure its proper implementation. You and your team use standardized BPMN methodology tools to design, to maintain and to archive the full scope of Business Processes. You support the prioritization of change requests by evaluating changes using a standardized framework and support the coordination to focus on the most critical changes You guard the process product roadmaps by preparing the Product Board meeting, take ownership of these roadmaps and present it on relevant governance fora. You review newly submitted change requests, making sure the high-level impact on Processes is done at start of the analysis phase. You ensure alignment across all Process Product Owners by identifying dependencies and clear demarcations. You compile the roadmap reporting by providing regular visibility on the status and impact of initiatives: which changes are in the pipeline, progress, risks and outcomes. Collaboration You and your team collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders : PMO Change Manager Business owners of the initiatives Implementation Manager Delivery partners (IT, Engineering…) Customer Service Managers & Account Managers, who represent the voice of the Wholesale customer … You report into the Transformation Lead who owns the overall change roadmap Leadership Your team members (7) are responsible for their respective Product Roadmaps. You are responsible for steering and coaching the Process Product Owners. You take all necessary steps to ensure a profonde onboarding of new Process Product Owners. You create an environment where people can grow and thrive. You encourage the development of their competencies, knowledge & skills in the short & long term. You are responsible for creating a diverse team that is well placed to manage the challenges related to designing & optimizing changes to the Process Products on operational, tactical & strategic level. You manage the capacity of your team, considering the priorities set by Wyre. Our ideal Manager Process Team Has at least 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, managing change and leading a team. Holds a master’s degree in a business or technology domain, however, relevant experience and strong industry insights are equally valued. Ideally have experience in the ICT/telecom sector Has a real passion and dedication for Change and a deep understanding of change governance frameworks Can maintain oversight and is able to prioritize and identify dependencies between the Process Products and the other related products.
