In this position, you will be part of challenging Data Transformations across various industries, having various responsibilities: You will assess current master data maturity, practices and governance frameworks to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in data quality, data consistency and data sharing. You will analyze, design, implement, and optimize Master Data Management strategies and MDM governance and operating models based on the client's needs and business objectives. to deliver solutions that manage and standardize critical data assets across our clients’ organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, integrate, and enhance the MDM processes across various master data domains, including clearly defining key MDM functions and roles ensuring proper alignment across stakeholders and departments. You will analyze and define master data standards and controls, design the relevant data architecture approach and guide tooling choice(s) to deliver solutions that manage critical data assets across our clients’ organization. You will drive organizational change by guiding the adoption of MDM best practices and technologies, fostering sustainable data governance through training and communication. You will contribute to the continuous development and implementation of our Master Data Management capabilities, elevating our service offerings through innovative solutions. Skills & Qualifications We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Master Data Management Consultant with a strong ability to solve complex data challenges and deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to drive successful outcomes. You will have the following qualifications: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality Management, with a proven track record of success. A proactive, driven, and accountable attitude, with a strong sense of ownership in your work. Strong business acumen and a passion for client-facing roles, delivering tailored MDM solutions that create value. Hands-on expertise in implementing and managing MDM solutions, with a deep understanding of both operational and technical aspects, including architecture. Proficiency in designing robust master data models and architecture, managing metadata, and optimizing the data lifecycle to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Solid experience with agile project management and change management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Experience with one or more of the leading ERP solutions is a plus. Fluency in English and Dutch (both spoken and written), with French as a plus, to ensure effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
