Tender Package Manager Lead
As a Tender Package Manager lead you will lead the strategic procurement and tender process for offshore foundation packages within complex EPCI projects. The role includes developing sourcing strategies, managing a team of Procurement Engineers, conducting high‑level supplier negotiations, and evaluating tenders on technical, commercial and contractual aspects. The position also supports the development of overall EPCI tender strategies.
Commercial Manager or Tender Manager
As a Commercial Manager or Tender Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing international tenders and commercial opportunities and managing corresponding project proposals for complex offshore works. Under your leadership, your team shall analyze the project scope, and develop the engineering, the planning and the pricing.
As central point of contact you will establish strong relationships with (potential) clients during the whole process. You will lead and manage a tender team through application of our tender and acquisition processes; you will motivate and empower your tender team members from the various DEME Offshore specialists support departments, such as Engineering, Legal, Insurance, Finance, Project Controls. Through facilitating excellent team communication and efficiency, you will support ownership and maximize innovation, targeting a high‑quality tender submission and contract. Finally, you and the tender sponsor will take the lead in tender clarifications and negotiations with clients after the submission of the tenders.
This position is based at our DEME Offshore Office in Breda, The Netherlands.
Junior Accountant
As a Junior Accountant in our office in Italy, you will play a key role in the financial process. You’ll be responsible for performing clerical duties and bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations under the supervision of the Finance Manager reporting to head of the Finance in Italy.

Project Procurement Coordinator
As Project Procurement Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, connecting tender teams, project engineers and local purchasers to make sure our projects run smoothly from the very start. You enjoy a dynamic role where no two days look the same: from supporting tenders and securing key project materials, to occasionally visiting project sites and vessels to work hands‑on with local teams.
The Project Procurement Coordinator is responsible for maximizing procurement coverage of project spend from tender to execution by identifying key cost components and ensuring early involvement of procurement in sourcing activities. The role includes managing procurement activities for smaller projects remotely from headquarters, as well as handling medium-value spot purchases and strategic sourcing outside the group procurement scope.
In addition, the position leverages existing framework agreements, explores new contractual opportunities, and collaborates closely with central procurement to establish sound project-specific contracts. The PPC implements the Group Purchase & Logistics Operating Model by developing the Project Procurement Plan & List and providing tools and dashboards to enable end-to-end supply chain and logistics management.
