We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our SC COM EMEA Department in Rumst, Belgium

* Deliver seamless customer experiences by acting as the single point of contact, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

* Ensure compliance and accuracy in export, shipping, and documentation processes, minimizing delays and supporting adherence to global trade regulations.
* Resolve complex issues efficiently by leveraging deep knowledge of Cummins' systems and processes, ensuring swift resolutions and customer satisfaction.
* Strengthen quality standards by coordinating with manufacturing and quality teams to report and address non-conformance issues effectively.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and elevate the customer order management experience.
* Support business growth and transparency by preparing and distributing insightful reports that help leadership make informed, data-driven decisions.
