Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead technical projects, managing engineers and consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions.
2. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for internal and external stakeholders on architecture and technical aspects.
3. Analyze customer needs, translating them into solution scope and design.
4. Provide technical expertise, knowledge sharing, and documentation to optimize processes.
5. Coordinate Change Management, ensuring technical solution evolution according to customer needs.
6. Maintain broad knowledge of technology markets and Telenet products to advise Portfolio.
Requirements:
* Master's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills.
* Troubleshooting, organizational, learning, resilience, and 'can-do' mentality skills.
Languages: Fluency in Dutch/French and English. Location: Belgium.
