We are expanding our market-leading Cybersecurity practice and are seeking experienced Senior Consultants with expertise in strategy and governance.
You will join a team providing cybersecurity services to diverse clients across industry and government, both nationally and internationally. Your role may involve leading or delivering projects related to security strategy and governance, and potentially developing our go-to-market strategies in this domain.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in delivering cybersecurity projects, act as a subject matter expert, or lead teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for business and team growth.
* Understand client risk exposure and develop appropriate cybersecurity strategies.
* Assess current cybersecurity maturity and identify improvement areas.
* Build prioritized roadmaps for investments and organizational changes, ensuring security investments enhance security posture.
* Define and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with compliance requirements.
* Support client teams as an interim cybersecurity officer (e.g., CISO, cybersecurity manager).
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
* Stay informed of industry trends and incorporate this knowledge into client services.
* Establish relationships with client personnel at various levels.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant field with a focus on IT security/governance.
* Relevant experience in cybersecurity process assessment or implementation, capable of working independently or in large teams.
* Experience with ISMS or BCMS is a plus.
* Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are advantageous.
* Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 2700x, NIST, COBIT, etc.
* Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Analytical mindset, quality-focused, results-oriented.
* Proficiency in Dutch or French and English.
