Operations and Strategy:

* Plan and execute visual merchandising and product strategies to drive sales and efficiency.
* Monitor product levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
* Understand and adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills:

* A minimum of 10 years of working experience in retail or a related industry, with at least 5 years in leadership and management roles.
* Fluency in French and English, with any additional language skills being an asset.
* The ability to motivate, empower, develop, and direct people as they work.
