As Team Lead, you are responsible for both people management and project management. You will independently lead projects within the network team, ensuring strong collaboration, planning, and aξει robust infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team of network engineers and a solution architect, including team development and growth guidance.
* Establish structure and processes within the team, including ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) and KPI monitoring.
* Plan, monitor, and deliver network projects, ensuring deadlines and quality.
* Manage incoming requests and priorities, and set up operational communication channels (chat groups, team meetings) for knowledge sharing and quick response.
* Act as a technical sparring partner and contribute to strategic decisions.
* Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001) and maintain accurate documentation of changes and procedures.
