Our objective in Finance Performance
We aim to optimize and secure financial costs, including taxes, to enhance our clients' performance. We focus on:
* Tax costs on industrial facilities (real estate tax on machinery and equipment);
* Property tax costs (cadastral income, regional and local taxes);
Your responsibilities
You will manage your own client portfolio, applying your expertise to find savings and optimize real estate and industrial costs. You will propose tailored solutions to reduce fiscal bases and leverage legal reductions.
As a Finance Performance Consultant, you will:
* Demonstrate expertise in Belgian national, regional, and local taxes.
* Visit clients regularly to gather information and conduct financial audits related to taxes.
* Ensure correct application of administrative regulations.
* Verify client application of discounts or exemptions.
* Identify new opportunities for fiscal optimization.
* Conduct research, analysis, and prepare internal memos.
* Participate in consultations with external tax law firms.
* Prepare reports on optimization strategies.
* Support clients and monitor implementation of recommendations, including negotiations and claims.
* Maintain good relations with authorities and law firms.
* Manage projects from start to finish.
* Stay informed on legal and regulatory developments.
* Transform ideas into business opportunities.
* Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients, without active prospecting.

* Master's degree in law.
