We're looking for an experienced Integration Developer to support our client in building seamless connections across complex healthcare environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth data flow between diverse hospital information systems, contributing directly to patient care and operational excellence.
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain robust system interfaces using Mirth Connect
* Translate business and technical requirements into clean, secure, and efficient integration flows
* Ensure interoperability and data integrity across clinical, administrative, and technical systems such as EHR, imaging, laboratory, billing, and more
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT staff, medical professionals, and administrators
* Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to maintain performance and compliance with healthcare standards like HL7 v2/v3 and FHIR
* Keep pace with evolving healthcare IT standards and technologies
The Ideal Profile
* Solid experience with Mirth Connect
* Strong skills in JavaScript for custom interface logic
* Able to create and document functional and technical specifications
* Good understanding of system architecture and integration concepts
* Familiarity with Java for scripting and connector development (asset)
* Hands‑on experience with SQL and database structures
* Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Talend), HL7 protocols, Epic integration, and SAP ERP APIs is a plus
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
* Fluent in English and French
Work Conditions
* On‑site presence required at least 3 days per week
* Full‑time involvement preferred
