BeNeLux Customer Support Expert
In our internal sales department, you will be the key point of contact for all customer inquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.
You will work closely with the field sales team to provide customer inspiration, support new customer acquisition and long-term customer relationship management.
Your responsibilities include:
* Product Consultation and Order Processing
* Complaints Management and Customer Data Maintenance
* Researching Projects, Calculating Quotations, and Supporting Construction Project Implementation
You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data in IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer information.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial education or equivalent qualification and professional experience in customer service. You should possess a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and language proficiency in French and Dutch/Flemish, as well as English or German.
