In our dynamic sales department, you will be the direct contact for all customer inquiries in the BeNeLux region. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the field sales team to drive customer inspiration, new customer acquisition, and long-term customer relationship management.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer inquiries along the sales management processes, including product consultation, order processing, complaints management, and customer data management.

* Researching projects, calculating quotations, and supporting the implementation of construction projects.

* Maintaining up-to-date data in our IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer information.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

* A commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
">
* Professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, with a strong technical understanding.

* Sociable, empathetic, solution-focused, and excellent communication skills.
">
* Fluent Dutch/Flemish and good French skills, with English being a must. We support further language training if needed.

* Experience working with MS Office, SAP (or similar), and CRM systems.

* A high level of service orientation, hands-on mentality, and structured independent work style.
