Are you an analytical professional passionate about data quality? We’re looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to safeguard data quality during the transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA for our Pan-European logistics operations (Cars, Motorcycles & Power Products – Units).
This is a 2-year contractor role (start ASAP, Gent | hybrid), where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, IT, and implementation partners to improve data quality, build automated validation tools, and upskill teams across the organization.
Important: this is a business-driven role, not an IT developer position.
What you’ll do:
* Analyze data quality and identify root causes of issues 🔍
* Document insights and translate them into actionable improvement plans 📝
* Perform data profiling and automate quality checks ⚙️
* Create dashboards and reports in Power BI 📊
* Manage stakeholders and train business teams 🤝
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
* Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SD, EWM
* Strong SQL and Power BI skills
* Business mindset with analytical and communication abilities
