CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the full order administration process for a range of customers worldwide. Your most important tasks are:
* Handle customer's orders
* Take care of the contract and order administration
* Set-up and coordinate transport planning with external transporters and monitor the execution and the costs
* Collect the required documents (internal/external and from different authorities)
* Prepare and issue the invoices
* Update customer master data
* Take responsibility in projects (SAP, customs, transport,…)
* Daily contact with customers, transporters, authorities and others and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Quality.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or experience in sales administration or customer service
* Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
* Experience with an ERP system (at Beneo we use SAP)
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Diplomatic and able to build solid relationships
