WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Proven experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
* Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP/BPL) and company standards.
* Familiarity with supply chain processes and inventory management.
* Proficiency in SAP for stock management and warehouse operations.
* Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
* Ability to adapt processes according to evolving business requirements.
* Strong communication skills for collaboration with various departments.
* Experience in training and supporting warehouse staff on best practices.
* Fluent in French; English is a plus.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈
* Ensure compliance with Good Logistics Practices (BPL/GDP) and company standards in all warehouse operations.
* Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping goods.
* Support operational needs and adapt processes as business requirements evolve.
* Draft, review, and update warehouse procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Manage and optimize supply chain processes within the warehouse.
* Utilize and qualify SAP for inventory management and warehouse operations.
* Oversee the use of equipment such as scales and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
* Act as Warehouse Manager as needed, supporting the team and ensuring continuity of operations.
* Collaborate with other departments (Supply Chain, Quality, Operations) to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
* Train and guide warehouse personnel on best practices and procedures.
