We are looking for a Helpdesk Agent @ Londrina (Face-to-face) , who wants to learn and transform their career.


Description:

Position: Helpdesk Analyst

Experience: 3 + years

Language: English -Basic and Spanish - Advance

Location: (Onsite -Londrina - Brazil)

Employment Type: (Permanent)

Mandatory Skills :

  1. Expertise managing ITSM tools for help desk service
  2. Proactive and assertive
  3. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  4. Having excellent administrative skills is key for the job (punctual and meticulous)
  5. Quick learner, punctual & interested in the progress of IT
