Responsibilities
Actively engage in outbound sales efforts to open new doors and initiate strategic conversations with prospects. Build and maintain trusted client relationships across sectors such as medical technology, broadcast, and mobility. Attend key industry events and use your network to generate warm leads and lasting connections. Push through sales barriers with persistence and tact, countering objections like "we already do this internally" or "we've been approached by outsourcing companies abroad. Drive both outsourcing (placing skilled professionals at client sites) and project-based collaboration, with the aim of achieving a 50/50 service balance. Work closely with project and design teams to translate client needs into effective solutions, from concept and prototyping to production and supply. Collaborate with leadership to shape business development strategy and identify high-value opportunities. Ensure post-sale customer success follow-up, acting as a reliable contact point throughout the delivery phase.
Qualifications
3 to 10 years of relevant experience, ideally with at least 5 years in sales or business development. Proven ability in consultative selling, particularly within engineering, innovation, or creative industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you're likeable, persistent, and not easily discouraged. Experience in outsourcing services, with a track record of bringing in new business rather than just managing accounts. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Comfortable in an informal, fast-moving work environment, no corporate suits, just sharp minds and quick communication. Based in the Antwerp region or willing to commute frequently. Must have a valid driver's license (company car provided).
