Overview
Calculator / Tender Engineer at Soetaert (part of Jan De Nul Group). Soetaert carries out foundation techniques for buildings and infrastructure, focusing on innovative foundation, shoring and soil-improvement solutions to enable tailor-made results at any location and subsoil.
Responsibilities
* Drawing up one or more (complex) tender file(s).
* Analyzing and assessing the various risks and opportunities of a project to determine the most efficient execution method.
* Requesting and analyzing price offers from suppliers and subcontractors in order to deliver an estimate and price structure based on the selected production method and equipment.
What do you need?
You have a degree in Construction Engineering or Bachelor of Architecture. Both young graduates and people with experience are eligible. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. As a Tender Engineer you work accurately and systematically, but creativity and drive are also very important. You work in our office in Oostende.
