Join a digital transformation partner for a public sector client that is currently undergoing major organizational change. As a Senior Change Manager, you'll establish and implement strategies to facilitate employee adoption of major organizational changes. You'll define and coordinate activities enabling employees to acquire the understanding, knowledge, and capacity to embrace ambitious transformations. Work closely with numerous stakeholders across the organization to guide leadership, coach team managers, and collaborate with program and project managers driving technical, business, and organizational impacts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive human change management strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring change initiative objectives are considered throughout the process
* Guide and advise executive committee members in their crucial role as sponsors of the initiative
* Coach and train team managers in supporting their teams through transitions toward the future state envisioned by the change
* Identify internal and external stakeholders impacted by change, assess their needs and expectations, and develop appropriate communication and stakeholder management plans
* Define and manage the implementation of training programs to prepare employees for upcoming changes
* Collaborate closely with program and project managers to assess change impacts, anticipate challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans
* Monitor change progress and evaluate results, making adjustments when necessary to ensure success of change initiatives
* Identify and resolve resistance to change by encouraging a climate of trust and promoting a culture of openness and flexibility
What are we looking for?
* 15+ years of experience
in change management and transformation programs within large organizations
* Proven experience combining
program/project management
and
change management
* Experience in
at least 3 large-scale digital transformation programs
* Experience supporting transformation in
multiple large organizations
, including
at least one Belgian public-sector entity
* Strong experience advising and coaching
senior management (CxO level)
* Solid background in
organizational change, adoption, and behavioral transformation
* Certification in
PROSCI / ADKAR
