We are seeking a skilled Technology and Managed Services Account Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and promoting managed services and technology solutions.
You'll work with mid-market and enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them navigate the complexity of today's IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise clients across Belgium
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
* Sell a range of technology solutions and managed services, tailored to customer needs
* Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders (IT, procurement, business leaders)
* Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitors
