Technical Service Manager Monogastric Nutrition – Northern Europe
In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical matters related to our monogastric nutritional product portfolio, which includes feed enzymes, nutrient absorption enhancers, organic trace minerals, and antioxidants. In this position, you will serve the Northern Europe region.

Responsibilities
1. Act as the technical liaison between our Sales Force in Northern Europe and customers, providing comprehensive support for monogastric nutritional products and ensuring the sales team is well-equipped to meet customer needs.
2. Offer direct technical support to customers and distributors. Identify, prioritize, and manage customer product and application needs, driving execution in collaboration with your counterparts or the Product Manager.
3. Work closely with the sales department to ensure active follow up and execution of sales projects at customer level
4. Work closely with customer laboratory services and product application development teams to ensure all projects receive the necessary technical support.
5. Translate research findings—including animal trials and field experiences—into technical and sales tools such as technical papers, success stories, and presentations. Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop impactful presentations for customers, symposia, and workshops.
6. Manage research trials with universities, research companies and customers providing all needed input from preparation, execution and results interpretation
7. Manage, qualify, and provide technical input for lab service requests and applied research projects, ensuring follow-up to evaluate the added value of initiated support and services.
8. Contribute to the preparation and execution of the marketing strategic plan.
Qualifications
9. strong technical background in monogastric animal nutrition (both swine and poultry)
10. ~ 5 years of experience in a business environment, understanding the voice of nutritionists and poultry-swine producers.
11. understanding of feed formulation implications of matrix value implementations.
12. fluent in English; German language is a plus.
13. excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commercial orientation
14. result oriented personality
Working Conditions
You will be home-office basedin the area of Northern Europe where you will travel intensively (Benelux, Scandinavia, DACH region– Germany, Austria and Switzerland) (approx. 40-50%).
