A well-established hotel group in Madrid is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth across corporate, leisure, and group segments. The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining key client relationships, and supporting the execution of the hotel’s sales and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, target, and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business
* Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, agencies, and travel partners
* Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel show-rounds
* Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and rate negotiations
* Support the implementation of sales plans to maximise occupancy and revenue
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
* Maintain accurate records and reporting using CRM and internal systems
* Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Candidate Profile
* Previous sales experience within the hotel or wider hospitality sector
* Strong understanding of corporate, MICE, or leisure sales channels
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Target-driven, commercially aware, and highly organised
* Able to work independently while contributing to a wider sales team
* Fluent Spanish is essential; professional English required
