CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring an Business Analyst.
Your Missions
1. Comprehensive requirements specifications, process models, and stakeholder analysis reports.
2. Actionable recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements.
3. Lead team discussions on business needs and solution design.
Technical Competencies:
4. Ability to capture, articulate and understand technical user requirements.
5. Strong proficiency in requirements of elicitation, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).
6. Solid understanding of data analysis, stakeholder management, and business process optimization.
7. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and requirements management tools.
8. Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and experience creating detailed use cases, user stories, or acceptance criteria.
Your profile
9. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or an aeronautical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10. A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in a similar position.
11. Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, Python, c++ etc.).
12. Fluent in English; knowledge of French an asset.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
15. Proven collaboration and teamwork experience within agile teams.
16. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
17. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
