OverviewMissionYou will be part of the PT R&D Engineering department, reporting to the head of PT R&D Engineering. Your mission is to lead PMS/BMS PT R&D Projects within Time, Cost and Budget, and participate to the improvement of our Engineering team.Challenges we trust you withAs an R&D Project Manager, you create the value on our R&D projects and help the Engineering department to deliver on our commitments. You build a project plan from scratch by assembling a team of experts to propose the best technical solution.Lead and coordinate project teams: R&D resources, quality department and internal stakeholders (operations, manufacturing and supply chain)Manage risks (technical, feasibility, financial, resources, safety...)Be the main internal/external contact point for the project execution; seek customer satisfactionReport to the Component Managers and internal stakeholders, and propose action plans for decision making. Follow-up KPI'sEnsure the adequate follow-up of development processes, according to quality standards imposed in the medical devices industryOrganize the project closureWhat We Valuekflows, knowledge of Treatment Planning System(s) and Oncology Information System(s)as an assetYou have a master degree in engineering or an equivalent experienceProven project management experience in a strongly regulated tech industry (medical devices, pharma, nuclear, airspace)A training record in project management (PMP is an asset)Excellent use of a project management tools (such as MS Project / Jira / etc.), knowledge of SAP as an assetExcellent communication skills in English, both oral and written (French is a plus)Experience in accelerator physics, radiation therapy clinical workflows, knowledge of Treatment Planning System(s) and Oncology Information System(s)as an assetAnd you also areDriven by high ethical standardsClient-minded: you listen actively and understand the others' challengesAssertive with your stakeholders (team, customers and suppliers)Flexible and stress-resistantOrganized and able to set priorities, with very good planning skillsA team player and a healthy challenger of our current way of workingCreative: you build solutions with your team to navigate between constraints (healthcare processes, resource bottlenecks, etc.)Curious, willing to learn and fascinated by new technologies.
