At Center Parcs Europe, we believe in the power of togetherness and in creating meaningful moments for our guests and each other. We build places where people feel at home, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters. That same spirit shapes our culture: collaborative, open, and full of opportunities to grow. Whether you work in our parks or at our headquarters, you'll be part of a culture where your ideas count, your work makes an impact, and no two days are the same.
As Legal Counsel, you will work in the legal department at our head office in Peer, at our park Erperheide. You will be part of our European Legal Team, managed from Paris (FR) and responsible for legal matters in Belgium. The European Legal Team is a key strategic partner to the business, actively supporting Center Parcs' European ambitions through high-quality, forward-looking legal advice.
In this role, you go beyond traditional legal support. You safeguard the legal interests of the company and its employees, strengthen relationships with external partners, and proactively identify and mitigate legal risks. At the same time, you help the business move forward by translating legal complexity into clear, pragmatic and innovative solutions for real business challenges.
Specifically for this position, you will act as a trusted legal advisor to the Center Parcs board and senior management, as well as to various departments at head office and the management teams of our Belgian parks. You will be closely embedded in the business, with frequent interaction across functions and levels.
Your work will be broad and varied. Supporting construction projects and all related building contracts, including the ESG-components will be the main focus, but your work also includes drafting and negotiating agency and distribution agreements with sales partners, assisting with the improvement of legal compliance and security procedures. You will also advise departments such as Procurement, and provide legal input on PR and marketing initiatives. This is a role where strong legal expertise goes hand in hand with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and excellent stakeholder management.
In short, this is a dynamic and visible role for a Legal Counsel who enjoys working close to the business, values impact over theory, and wants to contribute to an international organization with strong values and a clear future vision.
