* You ensure the recruitment and onboarding process runs seamlessly, creating a great experience for our new hires.
* You manage correct onboarding in payroll and benefits, ensuring smooth transitions.
* You oversee timely and accurate payroll calculations from the first month for all employees.
* You set up all systems correctly and on time before onboarding days.
* You implement promotions and off-cycle increases, which are accurately reflected in payroll and benefits systems.
* You act as the main contact for employees regarding sickness and leave-related questions and support.
* You ensure operational exits are handled properly, including exit package implementation and final payments.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Bachelor's Degree
.
* You have at least
3 years of experience
in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR operations.
* You possess strong knowledge of HR processes, particularly the employee lifecycle.
* You are proficient in HR software including
SuccessFactors
,
eBlox
, and
Protime
.
* You are detail-oriented and quality-focused.
* You are a strong communicator and a proactive team player.
* You are organized, able to multitask, and manage risks effectively.
* You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.
* You are proficient in
English
and
French
; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
