The task scope covers:
* Request fulfilment for the services offered by the sector
* 3rd level incident response and escalation with vendors. Contribution to problem management

* Capacity planning based on usage history and forecasts

* Support to the assessment of technical quality of offers
* Migration planning and supervision
* Inspection and quality assurance during deployment
* Assessment of performance of solutions; recommendations for improvement

Expertise and skills
Operations Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of ITIL best practices in ICT operations
• Excellent technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure and systems in his/her domain of
expertise
• Recent practical experience with ICT operations in his/her domain of expertise: conducting of operations, implementation and follow-up of SLAs
Telecom and Data Center Consultant
• Excellent knowledge of the norms and standards, of industry trends and of state-of-the art implementation examples
• Experience with practical implementations: architecture and technology selection,
installation, configuration, test, operations
• Certified knowledge of technology defined in the lot and technical certification delivered by technology supplier will be highly appreciated
