We are VS Consulting, a boutique company specialized in financial consulting based in the heart of Brussels. The company has currently a team of 20 people and is rapidly growing. We are also silver partner Odoo to support our clients in their digitalization process.

We provide expertise in different fields such as accounting & admin, financial reporting, treasury, fund raising, internal audit/procedures and finance transformation

In order to reinforce our consulting team in Brussels, we are looking for dynamic and driven Senior Manager/Director Finance Transformation.
Your role:
As a Senior Manager / Director – Finance Transformation, you will join a dynamic team of consultants, working closely with the partners of VS Consulting. In this role, you will tackle critical business challenges and drive the transformation of finance functions for our clients.
You will combine deep expertise in finance operations with advanced automation and emerging technologies to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize performance.
You are results-driven and demonstrate strong commitment and determination in achieving objectives, even in the face of complex challenges. A collaborative mindset is essential—you communicate clearly, work effectively within teams, and contribute to a transparent and supportive project environment.
The right candidates should demonstrate the capacity to act as a consultant driven towards the satisfaction of the client. You will have the possibility to grow rapidly if you have the can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit!
You Responsibilities:
Typical projects that you will be working on include:
* Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation programs for clients across industries
* Assess current finance processes and design target operating models
* Drive the implementation of automation, digital tools, and innovative technologies
* Partner with senior stakeholders to define strategy and ensure successful execution
* Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely outcomes
* Identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance controls
* Contribute to business development, proposals, and client relationship management
* Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
Who we look for:
* Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
* 7-10 years experience in a relevant field
* Strong experience in finance transformation, consulting, or finance leadership roles
* Experience with AI automation tools, Treasury tools (Kyriba, Quantum, Diapason,..) ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Netsuite,...), or digital finance solutions
* Deep understanding of finance operations (e.g., FP&A, Treasury, OTC,...)
* Proven track record of implementing automation solutions in finance and driving measurable impact
* Excellent communication skills in FR & EN with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
* Demonstrated leadership, ownership, and very good business development skills
* Ability to work autonomously while being a strong team player
* Working permit available for Belgium
