As a Technical Manager, you are the driving force behind the maintenance and optimization of our production site. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and ensure that both processes and people continue to grow.
What you do
* You are responsible for organizing maintenance, optimizing the production site, and leading and supporting the technical team.
* You are responsible for implementing a preventive and corrective maintenance plan.
* You are able to solve technical issues and analyze them further.
* You monitor KPIs and performance, and make investment proposals when needed.
* You coordinate between the technical departments within the Coating division.
* You work constructively with the prevention advisor and environmental coordinator.
* You prepare investment budgets, support them with the necessary analyses, and present them to the CEO in a clear and convincing manner.
Who you are
* You hold a higher education degree (bachelor's or master's) in electromechanics.
* You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
* You are autonomous, analytical, and solution-oriented.
* You are responsible, detail-oriented, and able to motivate your team.
* You have a passion for technology and strive for continuous optimization.
* You have a good command of Dutch, French, and English.
