Roles & Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements
* Maintain and update issue overviews (DRQ, DQI, KYC remediation, etc.)
* Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, and stakeholders
* Analyze and design new or improved business processes
* Define detailed product requirements, functional specifications, and use cases
* Support definition of metrics and performance goals
* Ensure clear transition of requirements to design and development teams
* Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results
* Manage requirements traceability and impact analysis
* Participate in quality and design reviews
* Plan and execute the business analysis strategy across the project lifecycle
* Coordinate with internal and external delivery teams
* Act as liaison between business and technical teams

* Strong experience in Business Analysis within banking and financial security
* Profound knowledge of KYC and AML
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel
