We’re looking for an inspiring Senior Manager HR Transformation to join our People & Transformation team within our Management Consulting department.
Your impact
1. Establishing and developing effective working client relationships within HR leaders.
2. Being the key point of contact for your client network.
3. Working hands-on with clients on strategic topics in the areas of HR transformation, HR benchmarking, HR operating model & HR processes
4. Leveraging existing methodologies and developing new ones to help our clients based on their business needs.
5. Coaching staff by leveraging your expertise and people management skills.
6. Inspiring your team and individuals to grow on the Belgian and international market.
7. Working hand in hand with partners, directors and other managers to drive business development initiatives.
8. Being responsible for the deliverables, reports and advice you will give with your team.
9. Proactively develop yourself while having what you need at hand to grow into the people side of the business.
About you
10. Master’s degree with minimum of 10 years' experience, including a strategic position either in the industry or in the consulting business.
11. Strong interest, expertise and experience in the HR side of the business.
12. Leadership, coaching and people management skills.
13. Good balance between an analytical mindset, creativity and structure.
14. Able to adapt to your audience easily.
15. Able to support, influence and coach people.
16. Proactive, client-oriented mindset.
17. Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools.
18. Ability to transform challenges into opportunities.
19. Excellent communication skills.
20. Eager to develop.
21. Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other.
