**We're looking for a fluent Dutch speaker for this role. This is a full-time role.**

DogSuppy is a direct-to-consumer brand in pet health. We create tasty supplements to enhance the health and well-being of dogs, developed by veterinary nutrition specialists with science-backed ingredients, and endorsed by thousands of happy pet owners.

Within a year of launching, we experienced hyper-growth and became the largest pet supplements brand in the Benelux. Now, we’re scaling our brand further in the Benelux, securing partnerships with major retail stores, investing in R&D to broaden our product range and ramping up international expansion – all while having a ton of fun along the way!

Role description

We’re looking for a hands-on B2B sales & account manager who will drive retail growth in the Benelux.

The role is two-fold:

* Acquire new partners (pet shops, pet chains, garden centers, etc.)
* Retain and grow existing partners by making them true DogSuppy ambassadors

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of DogSuppy’s retail footprint and become the go-to person for everything B2B. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in rolling up their sleeves and executing.

Daily activities

* Close deals with B2B partners: both independent stores and large chains
* Visit our existing customer base + expand with new relevant partners
* Strengthen relationships with existing partners
* Onboard, train and support new partners
* Organize in-store activations (POS assets) and promos to boost visibility and sales
* Think strategically about how we can dominate shelves – and execute fast

About you

* You’re a natural closer – driven by deals, targets, and building long-term client relationships
* You thrive on daily outreach: calling, emailing, and following up is your second nature
* You’re ready to visit key accounts (in BE & NL) in-person when it moves the needle
* You bring sharp negotiation skills, commercial instinct, and clear, confident communication
* You’re solution-oriented and obsessed with delivering a top-tier customer experience
* You’re fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
* Experience in pet retail or FMCG is a strong plus – but if you learn fast, we’ll teach you the rest

Practical

This is a full-time role (5 days/week), based at our office in Kortrijk (BE) and/or Amsterdam (NL), with regular client visits across the Benelux.
