Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Manager, based in Europe / Asia Pacific / Central Asia. The International Sales Manager will oversee global sales operations, develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and craft strategies to achieve sales targets. The role will also involve conducting market analysis, collaborating with marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and providing regular reports on sales performance. You will act as a key representative of our company, showcasing our solutions on an international scale.
Qualifications Strong experience in international sales, business development, and client relationship management Understanding of recycling solutions and expertise in the battery materials industry or related sectors Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic sales plans Proven ability to achieve targets and drive business growth Team Work and Collaboration Spirits Willingness to travel internationally as required Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
