Optim'EASE is currently looking for: Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation & Change Management Your next challenges: For one of our clients (Northern Luxembourg) :
* Participate in process reengineering and operations reviews in the context of projects aimed at Digital Transformation.
* Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess client's performance and organisation.
* Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements performing gap to define "To Be" organisation and "To Be" processes/solutions to support the digital initiatives.
* Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smoother adoption of the new digital tools and processes.
* Create and implement dashboards and KPIs, ideally through data visualization tools, to measure improvements and ensure client's payback.
* Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions. Then develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the status report writing and presentation.
* Cultivate effective client relationships and pursue new client opportunities while constantly building your market eminence with the support of our network of experts.
* Support with go-to-market offerings, proposals, articles to contribute to practice's growth.
Your skills:
* Hold a Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
* Have a proven track record of 4 years of experience in Consulting, including experience in project management & change management : strategy projects, re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects.
* Be familiar with digital transformation initiatives ongoing in the market.
* Agile and / or Scrum certifications are considered a plus.
* Data visualization tools (, PowerBI ) and programming skills are an advantage.
* Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* Have a proven experience in people management.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver trainings, as well as develop strong team and client trust relationships through business-oriented mind-set.
* Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise.
* Be fluent in French and English .
* German or Luxembourgish is considered as an asset.
