Head of Marketing - Consumer Goods
We are seeking an inspiring and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our brand and marketing strategy across a diverse and growing portfolio of consumer goods. As part of the executive leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping our brand vision, driving growth, and connecting with consumers in bold, creative ways.
You will oversee a passionate team across brand, digital, trade marketing, and innovation — ensuring our marketing efforts align with business objectives, consumer trends, and market opportunities.
* Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels and touchpoints.
* Build and elevate the brand architecture, voice, and positioning to strengthen equity and relevance.
* Lead the innovation pipeline, from ideation to launch, in collaboration with R&D and Commercial teams.
* Oversee media, digital, and content strategy, driving engagement and conversion through owned, earned, and paid media.
* Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
* Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align go-to-market strategies and annual plans.
* Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor actions to anticipate risks and identify opportunities.
* Own the marketing budget and deliver strong ROI on campaigns and activations.
Profiel
* 10+ years' experience in Marketing within the consumer goods or FMCG sector, including team leadership.
* Proven success in building and growing strong, consumer-facing brands.
* Expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and brand storytelling.
* Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Experience managing innovation pipelines and product launches.
* A bold, collaborative mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
* Fluent in Dutch and French, English.
