Are you passionate about building communities, telling stories through visuals, and creating thumb-stopping content? We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to lead our presence across social platforms and drive meaningful engagement across the Europe and Africa markets. You will be part of the Digital Marketing Team, reporting directly to Digital Communication Manager.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role for a creative thinker who’s not afraid to experiment, collaborate, and take the lead on innovative social-first projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Ownership & Community Management:
2. Lead the day-to-day management of our social media channels (content publishing, community engagement, trend monitoring).
3. Build and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice.
4. Content Planning & Creation:
5. Develop and execute strategic content calendars in line with marketing priorities.
6. Lead the creation of social-first content — including concepts, captions, and visuals — in collaboration with the wider digital team.
7. Lead on creative direction for photoshoots (mood boards, styling suggestions, briefing).
8. Video Editing:
9. Support or lead video editing for Reels, Stories, and other social formats.
10. Paid Advertising Support:
11. Collaborate with the wider digital team to support the execution of paid social campaigns.
12. Influencer & UGC Campaigns:
13. Plan and manage UGC-driven and influencer-led campaigns from concept to execution.
What We’re Looking For
14. Experience & Education:
15. 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
16. A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is a plus.
17. Skills & Expertise:
18. Strong understanding of platform-specific content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and best practices.
19. Experience in leading influencer and UGC campaigns.
20. A creative eye for visual storytelling and content curation.
21. Basic video editing skills (Reels, Stories, short-form formats).
22. Comfortable taking the lead on shoots, from concept to execution.
23. Familiarity with social media analytics, performance tracking and scheduling tools.
24. Experience in leading/supporting paid advertising campaigns.
25. Strong analytic approach to social media.
26. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
27. Professional proficiency in English (C1).
