* Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory and HSE matters across international operations
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, environmental, health and safety legislation
* Support business activities by identifying legal risks and proposing practical mitigation strategies
* Analyse complex legal and regulatory developments and assess their business impact
* Collaborate closely with operational, commercial, compliance and sustainability teams
* Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing clear legal guidance
* Draft, review and interpret legal documents related to regulatory and HSE matters
* Monitor changes in relevant legislation and communicate implications to stakeholders
* Lead or support cross-functional projects involving regulatory compliance initiatives
* Present complex legal concepts in a practical and accessible manner to diverse audiences
* Master's degree in Law
* Additional legal qualifications (LLM or equivalent) are considered an asset
* Minimum 7 years of professional experience in regulatory and HSE law
* Experience within an industrial, chemical, manufacturing, environmental, or highly regulated sector is preferred
* Strong knowledge of international and European regulatory frameworks, including REACH, CLP, BPR, OSHD, WFD, ESPRS, PPWR, EPRTR and related legislation
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Ability to work effectively within a complex international matrix organisation
* Fluent in English
