Your role:
You will support the Shutdown Manager in preparing and coordinating the major outage planned for 2027, ensuring efficient and optimized execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain the global shutdown schedule (preparation, execution, close-out)
* Coordinate planning with contractors and internal teams
* Track daily progress and identify delays / critical paths
* Support permit-to-work coordination and site activities
* Contribute to MOC (Management of Change) and continuous improvement
🎯 Profile required:
* Proven experience as Shutdown / Turnaround / Maintenance Planner
* Strong background in power plants, energy or industrial environments
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
* Ability to work in multi-interface, high-activity environments
* Strong coordination and communication skills
