We are working on behalf of a well-established global recruitment firm who have over 4 decades of experience in agency recruitment.
Our client has 100 offices worldwide and due to their remote success in Belgium are opening a new office in Antwerp!
The Role:
This is a client facing role, where you will manage and expand existing accounts, meeting clients in person where possible. You’ll specialise in the Chemical Engineering market, specifically within the contract recruitment market.
With an internal delivery team, you have the option to be a 360 Recruiter (and source candidates yourself) or purely focus on Business Development.
As there are worldwide accounts where repeat business is commonplace, there is a strong national client base already established, which you will leverage.
You:
* Must have at least 2 years’ experience within contract recruitment, ideally in Renewables, Engineering or Tech
* Fluent Dutch and English
* A self-starter who is capable and comfortable working independently
* Strong salesperson, who enjoys being client-facing and developing relationships
