The Opportunity:

Heb je zin om professioneel te groeien en je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen in een hecht en ondersteunend team binnen een van ’s werelds toonaangevende farmabedrijven?

Planning 10%

1. Verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks opstellen van de planning van het team. Dit in functie van verlof, ziekte met garantie voor business continuiteit en prioriteit

2. Opvolgen van de dagelijkse activiteiten (uitgevoerd en correct)

3. Goede backup regeling uitwerken (crosstraining)

4. Optimale tijdsbesteding per werknemer bepalen

Supervisor support 20%

5. Ondersteuning van Supervisor in operationele meetings met klant

6. Ondersteuning van Supervisor in teammeetings

7. Wekelijkse review meeting met supervisor aangaande planning, taken en prestaties van het team.

8. Ondersteun Supervisor in sollicitatie gesprekken en onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers

9. Ondersteun Supervisor bij evaluatie van medewerkers

10. Operationeel back up van Supervisor.

Compliance 15%

11. Controle op de correctheid van werkinstructies en het naleven hiervan

12. Controle op trainingsprofielen. Iedereen is getraind voor wat hij/zij uitvoert.

13. Maandelijks verzamelen trainingsplannen en KPI ‘s

14. Ondersteuning in onderhoud van KPI ’s

Safety 5%

15. Controle op het volgen van de veiligheidsmaatregelen en dragen van PBM’s

16. Ondersteuning in Gemba walks, incident reporting, …

Operationeel 50%

17. Labo ondersteunende taken

18. Logistiek ondersteunende taken

19. Labo administratieve ondersteunende taken

20. Allerhande ondersteunende diensten naargelang de planning en inzet in de verschillende afdelingen
