and energy transition markets. We are now looking for a Chief
Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our technological strategy, lead
our engineering teams, bring new product to the market and deliver
solutions to our customers. Your Mission As CTO, you will oversee
Alpha Innovations’ technology roadmap, ensuring the development of
our next-generation energy conversion solutions. You will lead
multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams (10 people),
fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Your role will be pivotal in translating technological advancements
into scalable, market-driven products while ensuring operational
efficiency, regulatory compliance and after-sales support. This is
an executive leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO,
and working closely with the Chief Innovation Officer, sales, and
production teams to align technology with business growth
objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team
Management - Inspire and guide a team of highly skilled engineers
and researchers, fostering an environment of excellence and
technical innovation. - Implement structured project management
methodologies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. -
Develop and mentor talent, ensuring continuous skills development
and knowledge sharing. Technology Strategy & Innovation -
Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring
alignment with market needs and long-term objectives. - Drive
research and development to enhance our product portfolio and
maintain technological leadership in power conversion systems. -
Identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve product
efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. Engineering &
Product Development - Lead the design and development of
high-performance energy conversion systems, ensuring compliance
with industry standards. - Oversee the full product lifecycle, from
concept and prototyping to industrialization and commercialization.
- Implement best practices in hardware and software integration for
robust and scalable solutions. Strategic Partnerships & Market
Intelligence - Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer to
transform prototypes into market-ready solutions. - Work closely
with sales and marketing teams to align product development with
customer needs and industry trends. - Build strong relationships
with clients, suppliers, and technology partners, ensuring
continuous adaptation to industry demands. - Keep a close watch on
competitor technologies and regulatory changes to anticipate market
shifts. Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance - Ensure
rigorous testing, validation, and certification of all new
products. - Oversee the implementation of agile and efficient
engineering processes, improving productivity and product
reliability. - Foster cross-functional collaboration with
production teams to guarantee seamless industrialization. What You
Bring to the Table 🎓 Your Background & Experience - Master’s or
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related
field. - 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership
role, preferably in power electronics or industrial energy
solutions. - Proven track record in R&D leadership, innovation
management, and new product development. - Strong knowledge of
power conversion systems, electrical standards, and industrial

capable of inspiring and coaching teams of engineers and
researchers. - Ability to unite the team and instil a dynamic
spirit that stimulates the team to achieve the company's
development objectives. - Strategic thinker with a results-driven
mindset. - Ability to drive projects within cross-functional and
international environments. 🌍 Your Language & Mobility - Fluent
in English and French. - Open to work most of the time from our
Louvain-La-Neuve site - Willingness to travel occasionally for key
client meetings, technology conferences, and CE+T Group
