We're looking for an experienced project manager to join our client’s team, capable of steering multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves leading projects from conception to production, ensuring timely delivery within budget while adhering to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with defining the scope, schedule, and budget for the projects, while effectively managing progress and communicating transparently with stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, ensuring regular project updates on development, infrastructure, and production.
* Propose necessary measures based on solid analysis, document progress, and report any challenges encountered.
* Organize production deployment and resolve problems efficiently, working closely with both the client and technical project leads.
* Manage change requests with in-depth analyses and provide solutions in consultation with necessary parties.
* Ensure effective communication among all team members and facilitate team motivation and collaboration.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in project management, with key competencies including:
* High-level understanding of project scope and business direction to guide the team effectively.
* Proficient in defining and monitoring project timelines and budgets.
* Strong capacity for daily team oversight and risk management.
* Commitment to documentation standards and methodologies.
* Capability to manage resources efficiently within the project group.
Required Skills
The following qualifications are essential for success in this position:
* Extensive expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and project slicing into epics or stories.
* Strong communication skills, both internal and external, with a diplomatic and assertive approach.
* Expertise in change management, risk assessment, and budget oversight.
* Experience with Prince2 project methodology and team management.
* Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, with active knowledge of French being an advantage.
